    If You Need Urgent Help

    For urgent workplace issues (disciplinary, grievance, redundancy):

    2. Mark as URGENT in the subject line
    3. Include your workplace, issue summary, and contact number
    4. We aim to respond within 24 hours (faster for emergencies)

    Chapel Representatives

    If your workplace has an NUJ chapel (workplace committee), contact your chapel rep first. They can provide immediate support and escalate to branch officers if needed.

    Office Hours

    While we don’t have a physical office, branch officers typically respond to emails:

  • Monday-Friday: Within 48 hours
  • Urgent issues: Within 24 hours
  • Weekends: Non-urgent emails answered Monday

    • For time-sensitive workplace issues, mark emails as URGENT.
